Dylan Cotton.
(Born 1969) is an English painter and mural artist currently
working from his
studio in North
Cornwall. Dylan is particularly well known for his colourful,
vibrant canvases often inspired by his surroundings. For
example: the huge series of more than 75
�House Party� paintings he produced
from his former central Bristol studio. Resident in the city
for 5 years (2006-2011) he drew inspiration from the many rows
of colourful town houses that Bristol is famous for.
Since his return to Cornwall in 2011 Dylan has delivered
dozens of new paintings. He�s completed 4 long summer
exhibitions and produced a colossal 23 large scale
murals for both commercial and
private clients. His recent studio output is travelling a more
abstract trajectory, Dylan plans to develop this robustly over
the coming years.
As well as his on-going studio work Dylan is currently
studying Fine Art (BA) at the prestigious Plymouth
University (Fine Art BA), Devon, UK.

Artistic Style: Abstract, influenced by
Cubism and Surrealism, a strong core of
Neo-Futurism is ever-present. Architecture and place also
play an essential role in augmenting narrative and aesthetic
substance.
